GRILLED ASSORTED PANINI SANDWICHES: Grilled Artisan bread 
stacked with smoked turkey & Jarlsberg cheese. Roast beef with pepper jack
cheese, maple ham & Cheddar.  Also available, a vegetarian grilled portabella
mushroom and roasted red pepper with havarti panini. Accompanied with a
mixed greens salad, red skinned potato salad and brownies.
GRILLED KEBABS: Marinated chicken kebabs skewered with fresh
veggies. Served with rice pilaf and mixed salad.  Dressed with our 
signature homemade maple-dijon vinaigrette and assorted desserts. 
Veggie kebabs also available.  (Add $1 for shrimp)
FAJITA BAR: Grilled seasoned chicken breast, peppers and onions, 
served with soft flour tortillas, sour cream, tangy salsa and shredded 
Mexican cheeses. Served with black beans and rice, fresh salad greens 
with southwest ranch, and double chocolate brownies.  
ASSORTED WRAPS: Whole wheat tortillas filled with creamy chicken salad,
tuna salad or seafood salad.  Topped with fresh greens and cheese.  
Accompanied with a mixed green salad tossed in our homemade 
maple-dijon vinaigrette dressing, chips and assorted desserts.
GRILLED CHICKEN OR SHRIMP SALADS: Colorful salad served with 
assorted dressings.  Our signature homemade tangy maple-dijon vinaigrette,
buttermilk ranch and chunky bleu cheese dressing. Accompanied with grilled
garlic bread, chips and double chocolate brownies.  (Add $1 for shrimp)
CROISSANT SANDWICH: Buttery croissants stuffed with assorted 
cold cuts or salads.  Smoked turkey and herbed boursin cheese. 
Roast beef with roasted red pepper mayo, maple ham with horseradish 
whole grain mustard, chicken and tuna salad.  Accompanied with a 
mixed greens salad, red skinned potato salad and assorted desserts.

BAKED PENNE WITH SWEET SAUSAGE OR MEATBALLS: Pasta 
tossed in tomato basil sauce with fresh sweet Italian sausage or 
meatballs, topped with blended Italian cheeses, accompanied with 
grilled garlic bread, and fresh salad greens and our signature 
homemade maple-dijon vinaigrette dressing.
            
Breakfast Menu
QUICHE: Traditional french quiche made with fresh cream and eggs 
baked in a flakey pastry butter crust. Choices include Lorraine style-bacon, 
onion and swiss, broccoli and cheddar or spinach portabella.
BREAKFAST SANDWICH: Biscuit and croissant sandwiches 
filled with sausage, egg and cheese.

Breakfast: $7.75 per person.

Breakfast served with fresh
fruit, yogurt, muffins, assorted juices and paper products.

10 person minimum.
